1. Shipping Information

AM Shoppers Mart offers two convenient delivery options:

  • Home Delivery: We deliver cosmetic products directly to your doorstep. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times vary based on your location.
  • Store Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order from our physical store. This option is free of charge. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

1.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take 3-5 business days.

1.3 Delivery Time

Standard delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.

1.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected delivery speed

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value. Please check our website for current promotions.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status using the "Track Order" feature on our website.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product received
  • Product does not match the description
  • Unopened and unused products (within 7 days of delivery)

2.2 Return Timeframe

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately.

2.3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in its original, unopened condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Product must not have been used
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) must be included

2.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

2.5 Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
  6. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

2.6 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
